Avocado Toast

My favorite snack ever is this simple toast. It's so easy and really nutritious. Take a half of a ripe avocado and mash it with a fork. Add the juice from half a lemon. Mash the mixture onto a piece of whole grain toast, and sprinkle with sea salt and red pepper flakes. Viola! Snack time.
